These are texts written by others that I find enlightening enough not only to read, but to encourage others to read through my site. Therefore, I strongly encourage anyone to read the texts I post here, I feel they are useful to daily life and for the soul. They are brief, and at least worth a gander. As I find more things I shall post them here too.
Of Studies This is from a collection of essays Sir Francis Bacon wrote in the 16th century, and has molded my opinion of reading and studies since I first read it as a senior in high school.
